Drive Across Nevada

Today we didn't do too much,we just drove from Park City, UT to Lake Tahoe, NV

It was about a 9 hour drive...

There wasn't actually much to see, from Salt Lake to the Nevada boarder we passed the Salt Flats

This is where they race cars :l I found that weird, but I guess since it's already flat, than why not...

Once we crossed the Nevada boarder there was a bunch of casinos, I guess once you get into Nevada, where ever they can, they try and put a casino there.

We got to the resort at around 4 pm and tried to check in, I say try because it was a mission and a half to figure out how to check in. We finally found out that you needed to call somewhere using this phone where they then give you a code that opens a safe that has your key inside it... It was very random, never have we checked into a place like this... it was kind of shady. Also the resort was very dated and did not look appealing at all. (thus the fact that I took no picture of the place) The only nice thing about it was that it was on top of a mountain, so there were nice views. After all the shenanigans with trying to find out where you get more than one room key from, we headed out to grab a bite to eat.

We decided to try In-Out Burger since we have heard that it;s pretty good. It wasn't bad, price wise it was pretty good. I liked the fact that they cut the potatoes and make the fries right when you order it. It was good.
