Pink Paradise

This summer we got to visit my favourite place in the world, Hawaii!

Starting off on Maui, we stayed in the Kaanpali Beach area at this lovely pink resort.

A little stroll along Front St. in Lahaina.  

Went to go see a show at the Maui Theatre called 'Ulalena

'Ulalena is a wind unique to Maui. In this show there are many ancient Hawaii chants and dances that symbolize the Hawaiians relationships with nature and mythology. 

I enjoyed the show it was nice to get a glimpse into the Hawaiian culture.

For dinner we went to one of my favourite restaurants. Bubba Gumps!

Driving along the Road to Hana, taking in all the sights

Drove up to Haleakala National Park a couple times. It feels like you are on top of the world!

Also could not miss out on going to Iao Valley State Park. The foliage and their cultural gardens are beautiful. We spent the day just walking around and taking in the nature.  

Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe.

Now off to the Big Island....
