Imaginus

So every year Imaginus comes to York U for a week to sell their posters, this year I finally caved and bout some =P

I'm very excited about my posters, I spent about an hour just circling all the stands to figure out which ones I wanted. I ended up buying 3 for myself and 1 for a friend.

I really like how my London one came together with this old frame that I found in the basement. The Carousel poster is the biggest one of the lot.

I decided today that I needed to start looking for a new agenda since school will be starting soon and I need to be organized!!!
In the past I have normally bought a Moleskine and loved it. I decided to go for the same, though I remembered seeing a Peanuts version. I wanted it! So I searched for it where I normally buy my agendas… Indigo. Unfortunately they didn’t have it so I had to Google it, I finally found it on Amazon.ca and since my brother gives it good rating. He practically lives off of it in the States, I decided to give it a chance too. Plus it had a free shipping option and it was the cheapest place I could find it. To get the free shipping however, you have to spend $25, I searched some more and decided to finally get a book I had been eying for the past little while…

My shipment was fairly quick, I ordered it Wednesday night and by Thursday they had already processed it. Friday afternoon I received it! =D

Overall I was so pleased with Amazon, will definitely use it again if I ever need anything.

Birthday's & Pretty Little Things

Not much has been happening lately, just started working again for the summer… should be interesting. I am finally (after 5 years) being trained as a teller at the bank =]

What I am most looking forward to though is our summer vacation. While in Chicago I found new hiking shoes, that actually fit! Haha.. Ya, back then my mom bought me hiking shoes that I would “grow into”  -_-

Lately I have been watching cosmetic videos on youtube and since I started working again I have decided to invest in a Naked pallet. After much contemplation and reading of reviews, I felt even more conflicted :l I finally got the Naked 2 one. I think the main reasons were that the case is more sturdier than the original one. Also after actually trying the pallet out, I find that the shadows aren’t as sparkly as people were saying. They are quite neutral and blend nicely with my skin. Even the shades that people said to be too light are quite nice. Anyways, I love this pallet and it was a good investment =]

As to the birthdays…


My little cousin wanted to make a cake to celebrate his puppy’s Birthday… (which is in August :l) But we made puppy a nice paper cake and two party hats.

Excitingly enough it’s my birthday!


My friend told me she was going to get me an epic birthday present… this was indeed epic! <3 Macarons and mousse cake!
